Internet, that's it in a nut shell. Dells payments to Wave will COVER ALL OF THE BURN RATE, OR VERY CLOSE TO ALL OF THE BURN RATE from here on out.

That means that any other income from upgrades, Intel, Acer etc. will mean PROFITS to Wave Systems.

With profits you get a P/E ratio and a much higher share price.

2009 will finally get Wave Systems profitable.

Internet.....This deal would also include ALL desk tops as well (optiplex),not just labtops, which I will be ordering in the near future (optiplex)

If dell ships on the low end 6 million PC units/qtr @ .95 cents to Wave (low guess) we are at breakeven already (with all the reduction cuts). I understand that Nov & Dec are not the greatest months but the retro cash infusion to Waves bottom line wont hurt either.

I think we may be looking at one more placement type of event and Wave is at break even.

Less not forget that this does not include,UPGRADES, INTC (Danbury), Seagate Drives, and Acer

re Acer: They will now have to pony up higher royalty fees as well once they start to use the full ETS

Great day to be a Wavoid
