Before the R/S record date DEC.10.The R/S occured DEC.11.

Its all talk and another promise like in the past.Will this end up just being another misleading statement.Only time will tell.

If they get some honest people operating the company it may very well be possible to list preffered shares on the OTC Pimksheet and sell these shares to raise capital to really close,fund many deals.

I lost all trust in these people from all the misleading pr's and inflated revenues and assets.They have done so much that is illegal I do not see how this same management can exist more then 7 more months.

Seattle, see post 85095 for the pr, and I think it was stated they were pre R/S shares. Now, if we could just sell them for $1.00 each, we would have something.
