You know, I understand what you are saying and I am not refuting that. What bothers me more in this case is the way I think the aquisition is going to be paid for and is it worth it especially at this point. I am not trying to down the company I only want to hear all points of view and say what I think. Do you think it is the right decision for Mr. Watson to make right now? One more thing about startup aquisitions is this. Was your startup a retail business or was the plan all along to be aquired? Is that what Guard dog is planning on? Being aquired by a substantially larger corporation or identity theft protection provider? They may very well be making the right decision for all I know. I don't have nearly all the information but I don't like what I have. Thank you for your posts and I enjoy reading them and getting your feedback. Good Luck!!! IMO
