It does not say they are acquiring any company or that they are even talking with any other company about such an acquisition.
It says they are putting themselves in the position to do so in the future... possibly near future. But either way, what do they need to do in order to prepare for such actions? What's that going to do to the stock? Like I said the only thing important about that PR is for those planning on buying... hold off for now.
