While I agree that trading based
on insider information is illegal, you pointed out earlier that every message here is an opinion, including the one she was responding to in which she suggests that the SEC become involved. Hence, she seems to be overreacting. Obviously, since it is a message board post she is responding to and you told me that all message board posts are opinions, this is not computing.
Unless you can help me by making a list of which messages are opinion to be held to no standard and which ones are actionable. That would be great, prevent me from making this kind of mistake in the future.
