How do you figure? IMO, the company just added to its debt. MAYBE, if you are REALLY LUCKY, long term it will pay off. Short term it will either mean more debt, or a deal for shares, which will lower the stock even further. Acquiring another company. Who knows how big it is? Our company is already tiny, so I doubt any acquisition is going to bring in much more than we already have other than a lot of debt. Sounds extremely bad to me.
