bowWAVE--You don't agree 100% with bigtim, because he is arguing two diametically opposed positions.
Bigtim wrote earlier to me:
"The place where many of us start to disagree(ie barge) with you is your conclusion that Wave technology must therefore be an integral part of the Janus concept. There is little evidence to support this conclusion."
Bigtim in a later post, without missing a beat, and with a straight face, denies any allegiance, or even awareness, of the above statement, where he essentially argues, that WAVE really does play an integral part in the Janus concept. Here is absolutely astonishing reversal. Bigtim writes:
"What I am saying is that Janus will likely require TPM deployment to fully protect premium content, and the tools that Wave has developed to manage the trust infrastructure can be valuable regardless of which applications lead to TPM deployment."
If WAVE has developed the tools to manage the trust infrastructure of which JANUS is part of, then logically WAVE has an integral role. And if you underscore the tools of ATTESTATION and the EMBASSY TAN, the integral role looms very large indeed.
Bigtim argument I = WAVE technology is not integral to the Janus concept.
Bigtim argument II = WAVE technology will "manage the trust infrastructure" of JANUS, and is therefore integral to the Janus concept.
