As far as I know Urbie never murdered anyone. The Metis have a huge power block of voting power and it would go bad for anyone trying to push one around. Politicians like to protect their phoney baloney jobs and Urbie still can pull a lot of strings and to put it bluntly he probably knows where a lot of bodies are buried.
