Mari, I'm glad your English has improved. Your tune has changed a little as well. I don't think the scenario this year is comparable to last year. I remember last year there was a constant drum beat on this board that EFFC was a scam company. Who would say that now? ECT has made a great deal of progress in 2008 and I thoroughly expect 2009 to be the year where we all reap the rewards for their hard work. Companies like Shaw represent an entirely different playing field and prices like .035 will be a thing of the past. What difference does it make in the long run if Shaw or other large contracts are announced next week or next month?

As I have stated times of many, I am one of several that
are Positive on Effective Control Transport
and it's chances of be a major player in the loss of
awareness and fatigue environment.. What is so amazing
is the adaptability to ALL traffic levels in
Air, Land, and SEA transportation levels.. These levels are inclusive to cars, trucks, planes, trains, and marine vessels of all kinds.. Also, as stated the utilization of
the Le CRAM will function in air traffic control towers as well..

This area of awareness detection due to fatigue, is an area
that can literally explode and GOD willing the and it's patented software, will be a leader in this environment..

Of course, EFFC is not all a bed of roses, I must admit IMO.. The litigation appears to be hampering EFFC's climb to 'stardom' and slowing the developments for this product.. I also have to believe that the current problems with the world financial systems could be having an effect on bringing this technology to market, so patience has to be learned if not already acquired..

Yes I agree, all of us SOR's are ready for ECT to propell or rocket to new height's.. Just WHEN is the unkown factor in this chase.. To be honest, I believe that by the end of December or January, is likely too early to expect liftoff , but I would love to be proven wrong.. I have an investment in EFFC and should it reach the .012-.018 pps level again, that you mention, you can trust that I will be 'bobbing for many more' apples.. Otherwise when Raphael Huppe shows some transparency and accomplishes the promised objectives of uplisting, audited financials etc., that 'moon shot' will likely become a reality..

BTW Marisposa, not all is serious on this MB as you have witnessed.. A person has to take time to laugh on occasion.. Also, being in 'pinkyland' nothing is certain or guaranteed.. Enjoy the ride..
