Sure. The charts have no emotion. The only problem is, sometimes at these low prices, an order slips through with not enough zero's. So it screws up the charts.
I remember years ago when I predicted based on the charts that PCBM would dip to .02. Some guy wanted to bet me that would never happen! Of course, his alias vanished shortly after......Ahhhhhhh, the good ol' days!
