Manny didnt quit on the team Manny watched a team become disassembled that was working and winning. They are still doing ok now so you could argue it either way but we like for winning teams to HOLD ONTO THOSE PLAYERS, SO Many had left at that point that I believe Manny said to himself, ahhh heck with it and I applaud that.
Alot of BAD DECISIONS were made during Mannys tenure if he is a guy who knows how to win and isnt purely driven by money it SHOULD Have bothered him and effected his performance. For if it didnt he would have shown complacancy to WRONG DECISIONS. This is just conjecture because I dont talk to him or the team but that is my take anyways.
