msrm conversion will happen, its just frustrating for everyone. On the lack of response of the market to possible contracts, this is a symptom of frank's BS announcement wit hno follow through. The market will only react now on concrete news, If/when gbrc annonce their first contract then you will see a reaction, depending on the size we should be looking at closer to $5. again all in my opinion

I found that if you want a response from someone you fax them every minute or send an email every minute and they'll get mad and respond to get you off their back. I can be relentless!
