Part of the problem is that it is not possible to 'monitor' the correspondence between SEC and company due to the fact that the 'trail' is not released until the registration becomes 'effective'. I have previously asked the SEC why earlier indication of just where the 'ball' is at any given time cannot be available... NO response/answer to date.
Hawk ..my last post took 30mins to show.I asked DM if this could not be improved since it stifles dialogue. I got no answer..could you look into this please.
