micro---Your post should be PUBLISHED in some highly respected business journal. Really! And it should be titled: A CEO DECLARES WAR AGAINST WHINERS! Ok, I know you'd reject my suggestion for a title, but hey, I'm into Sexy Titles, as some have already noted today on this board. lol!

One other thing. I agree with your position. I also believe however that given the captive nature of our BOD...this Ihub board IS in a sense the company BOD. We, have various expertize that the company lacks. We give unsolicitied advice. We have written articles and opened doors. While we lack the power (or do we) to hire and fire.

I listened to SKS at the meeting. I believe I have been as big a supporter of SKS as anyone on this board since I first commented on nepotism issues six years ago. So I feel I can express my opinion directly to him. I remember saying in the question period that I felt like a Mushroom. Later in the day, I went after an answer on the question of why so little active PR in the press. He totally satifisfied me with his response and approach.

On the other hand, I'm still somewhat unsatisfied about the level of the language coming out of Lee and I told him face to face that I thought he needed to bear some responsibility for the folks who don't get it. It's his job to get the language into a form that WORKS!

The real problem with being a genius and not having a real BOD is there's nobody who can whisper in your ear..."You're not a god...as legend has it was whispered to Roman generals.

Having said that....I also believe that the language will get clearer and clearer as it has already to some degree.

Last word to Tampa and everybody else....If you don't want to put your faith in SKS....take you money out of the company. HE IS WAVE. Peter was right....Gilder was righter (On the issue of SKS being taking over the CEOship)

Well thought out, and nicely presented. Since you cannot see my face, I find it only unfair that you think I'm stressed over this. Is a differing opinion a sign of stress?

Anyway, if you check with some who know me on this board --- I too have been a CEO, and COO in more than one occasion. So, I will respond only by saying that you are as entitled to your opinion -- as I am.

Thanks for your post, but you really should try to stop yelling at people..... See what I mean about misconcieved emotions.
