However, if I'm following your theory about the meandering stream running through all the blocks, and XOM wanting to control that....... Well, then I don't understand the Addax CEO waiting for a better price for the ROO... If there is that much oil there, and he really wants to sell company, you'd think he'd want to quickly starting drilling... Because I doubt 1 hole will do it... So the sooner we start, the sooner he can sell....
