Spec29 - ok, I understand what you are saying and that seems to make sense... However, if I'm following your theory about the meandering stream running through all the blocks, and XOM wanting to control that....... Well, then I don't understand the Addax CEO waiting for a better price for the ROO... If there is that much oil there, and he really wants to sell company, you'd think he'd want to quickly starting drilling... Because I doubt 1 hole will do it... So the sooner we start, the sooner he can sell....

Do you have any thoughts on this business about waiting to get a better price on a ROO?
