Still holding and bought a little more today.
From the conference call..

"Now, we intend to declare dividends of our spillover amount of $300 million. We will have to declare that by June 15th, 2009 and we will have to pay it out by September 30th, 2009. So, as of now we are currently forecasting that we will pay a dividend of $300 million and declare it by June 15th of '09."

Now I guess something could come up where they can't pay it.

They have shareholder net tangible equity of $5 bil and liabilities of $4.8 bil. That makes me feel secure. But, who knows now days. SElling here at 12.5 cents on the dollar. I hope someday I look back and wonder what was I thinking not to buy more. Obviously another issue that the street disagrees with me .
