It seems so close, yet you have a feeling something's not right. I get that too, mostly in work situations when we deploy a new software release.. I think, did I forget something, what if we didn't test this or that etc..

You get the same feeling in combat. Ignore it and press on!

IMO just a sign of the economic situation we and the world find ourselves in. That and conditioned emotions that come back to haunt you (almost all of us). MM's will use that predictable human emotion against us. Think about it though. Any of your other stocks go up 24% today? I did okay on another trade. But, nothing like the gains today in BIH. Gotta just chill and let it ride. We will know when it is time to get itchy to pull the sell trigger. Not for a while though in my opinion. Volume and price is gonna have to get really crazy to pry my shares away.

HA HA

Almostretired, it is funny to hear you talk that way, it is actually quite common and I get it QUITE A BIT. Not sure if this is your first round but much like being a recovering alcoholic, eventually the feelings subside.

The fact is it is called "self doubt" and is VERY COMMON. I made a reference to it in this post (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=33918702), but the fact is it is REAL:

"...most still "believe", this is just the common pre-stages of setting up for disappointment because if it happens it is perceived that it is easier to handle if you "already" have a negative attitude."

Believe me, been doing start-ups for a LONG time as many of my posts have highlighted, it gets to you. I have done quite well in many and in other ventures have crashed and burned. Eventually you become not numb, but a good judge (so to say, it's always a gamble).

Now I have raised concerns recently about the share structure, etc. BUT... to come clean, it was with greed on my mind, all the actions thus far tell me the deal is REAL (i.e an IRS 351 transaction if you are familiar is a possibility and if executed a BEAUTIFUL business move - if legal in this case). See this an a terrible example (did a quick google search before my edit time was up (http://www.allbusiness.com/accounting-reporting/corporate-taxes-internal-revenue/447711-1.html).

Back to the point, all the red flags (I will admit), make me think the deal isn't as "good" as I was hoping for, but with the new 160M shares in "Mgmt control" figure, and not knowing what that means exactly, I do believe it means PAYDAY for Galo and Co. and at least makes me feel confident the deal is at least "real" and if it benefits Galo and Co., it will at least benefit me.

I've seen tactics like this before, in fact been part of them, and if Galo is 1/2 the entrepreneur and businessman I hope he is, I know he won't stop until he is PAID and PAID big, then he WILL do it again, it is the nature of the beast. I have worked/partnered with 2 folks exclusively over my 10 or so year tenure in start-ups and the two were near OPPOSITES. One was a one time wonder who sold out, screwed the employees and ran off with his million's (I wish I could say the name, but liable is something I don;t want to deal with). The other has been successful (depending on your definition) 3 times, entering his 4th success (hopefully soon as I am a shareholder in that entity as well). The latest has taken 5 years and 3 months to come to fruition the others took anywhere from 8 months to 3 years, so yes quite the wait, but the results were, well worth the wait and I can only say that because I had no other options an an equity holder - can't sell when your private.

I know this is a long rant, but I do believe we will se a payday, maybe not what you expected, but you WILL see it and for that I can't complain. As far as the "I want to be a millionaire syndrome", sure, I can complain even after the deal is public.

I am 35 and hope to retire at 40, so let this response be a premonition of my successes and hopefully not a notch in my belt of failures. I am 3.171M shares strong and DO BELIEVE because the exact things I HATE as an investor are signs of success in the big picture.

Still uncertain - direct Carp, Oil, etc to this post and I think they may all agree.
