Turbo, that is an excellent post and I love the honesty. I feel real good right now, and I'm ready to make some money on this baby. I just hope it happens this week cause I'm on jury duty next week and won't have access to a computer. I'll try to teach my wife how to put in the sell orders and hope for the best.

That is true in real estate too. As the deadline approaches, both parties have increasing fears that something is going to stop the sale from going through, and each party has difficulty believing that! I am experiencing it also, been there, done that. I was once looking at my account balance and could not believe it was true, but the money was there!

Turbo I agree great post. I see fact Galo and more so Ingala get a big payday from div means they are not going to turn down sale of Baron. It all about getting best price they can. It does seem whatever other deals besides Applebees they where waiting on to close has happen. Think ever since they did PR about Applebee contract we see website change, Galo says they want to close and pay div by end of 08 etc. It seemed quit until that contract happen.
