I'm not saying there is going to be a R/S. The purpose of the board is to discuss possibilities and this is one. Personally I hope there isn't a R/S cuz the only winners are the insiders and the invester relations group.
Having said that, my concern remains that the recent acquisition was an all stock transaction. What could that possibly signify???
