Please add to these positive recent developments for FNM and FRE

As i find articles or info positive to FNM or FRE with SOURCE and no BS, like people saying trust me i know the market crap but offers no info, i will post here and i hope everyone will do the same. I know these are older but they are probably some of the reason we have been headed higher. Good luck guys.
