This is great news for FNM and FRE from the positive effects of lower rates. Listen up guys the big guys are buying us up because they know its true. Dont be left behind looking back wondering why you didnt buy or why you sold too soon.

With the rates being low Im ready to refinance my house too which will allow more disposable money on the side. So overall the action paulson took last week is like an economic stimulus package for everyone big and small.
