WMI's pref. stocks, WAMKQ and WAMPQ are NON-cumilative.

That means WMI does not have to pay the accumulated (or missed) dividends.

What are the gray areas about the WAMPQ, possibility to convert it to WAMUQ for 1 to 114 ratio? Anything else?
