He would have PR'd that there was a settlement and no terms can be made public you know he would have done that. That's what tells me the case has been dropped more than likely because he was terminated and the they ruled against him why else would there be no PR? He would have PR'd that he won trust me on that one but we all know he can't discuss the settlement other than he won. That's why that tells me is that he lost. You can't spin this TPJ either because your a MOD the guy has stolen millions of dollars and has flat out lied to shareholders please don't try to spin things to flip the view the other way around. We're not buying his BS any longer we want to see actual filings that benefit commons not smoke and mirror PR's.
