TJG, I wish someone would come up with answers regarding the Agrifuels lawsuit. As lightbeam pointed out, it is no longer in the filings for GERS under Legal Actions, so what happened to it? If TS received a settlement, I would think that would be a significant corporate event and require a filing. Is that a true statement or is it all wet?
It was one of my questions for Gary Nash to get to TS, which he said TS received then and we should get answered. I am going to bug Gary Nash today and see if we cannot get some answers!
