Could be that, could also be just a tool to keep a cellar boxed stock artificially in the toilet. If you look at the complete list it's a who's who of used & abused stocks, probably indicating that Nite has NS positions on all of them, being as they are kissin' cousins and all.
Go to home page, Scottrade messages, clearing restrictions. Why state it in black & white if they don't mean it? tlo.
