I suppose that could be considered a plus, my thoughts are more in the term of survival, and some of those mistakes were forced IMO, others lessor of 2 evils.
I noted all your comments, with the exception of knowing how to play, company has been around for 32 years, the question for me is at what level can they play at? In any event per the company this is the year , this one, not 5 years from now not 5 years ago, but now. The Nok arb is a big distraction towards the company goals but is doesn't change them, this company is all about 3G. And 3G is rolling out as we speak. Also of note the company has said the Nokia arb for 2G will not effect the 3G licenses.
The Sanyo license should be the model going forward, but we need Nokia's 3G Mot, Ericy ,Samsung and I believe Qcom may need to reup on the newer patents as well. The hop on's of the world isn't going to get us there, the ones mentioned above will, and this is the year as pointed out over the last three by the company itself.
Mentioning mistakes, after reading the Nokia issue, it would seem Nokia, IDCC and the court all made more than a few, perhaps Ericy as well depending whats in those sealed doc's. We'll see.
