That's a no-brainer, but selling to take a loss only makes sense if you have a gain to offset.
I'm not green on much this year and I doubt many are. When I read posts referencing tax loss selling I see fear mongering more than fact... this year anyway.
The odds of someone owning a mix of shares that are up in this environment *AND* owning shares of ERHE are lower than slim to none.
That doesn't mean ERHE won't sink lower, but tax loss selling isn't the cause. I'm confident the company's investigation into manipulation of its shares will get an answer.
