Chart/Accum/Dist. showing selling commencing in the last week of October through yesterday. I don't know what's keeping the stock at .16-ish but apparently someone is buying them up in this range as others bail out. Why this range and not .12 or .10? Who knows. The good news is after the tax loss window shuts in one week this stock will likely go up again.
