Why people sell at the bottom is always a unanswered question,oil is near the bottom (from tracking etf`s).You must need cash now to sell (IMO)

According to the chart .14 - .12 will be touched but for how long is everyone's guess. The one that is Tax selling is not going to be picking this back up until late December or early Jan.
