If companies were being forced out of business by naked shorters, don't you think companies would be screaming about it? Do you think all of them would go quietly into the night? Hardly.
If I owned a company being damaged by naked shorters, I would be screaming my head off about it. Wouldn't you?
How many companies lately have you seen hollering about their stock being naked shorted?
I am aware the SEC isn't perfect and it's not the friend of small investors, but do you really think the SEC would stand by and let naked shorters put companies out of business?
Again, why hasn't Carol said anything if HCPC is being naked shorted? Maybe because she knows that's not a problem with HCPC?
