Borrowing by a small company has beed inpossible during the past two years abd will continue for the next two years. Many of the large oil and gass companies have made lot of porfits with the high price of oil. Maybe one ofthem fill finance PPTL for a piece of the play. Bruce has tied up a lot acreage but has not the cash to develop and production.
