I think you are making the right decision. Whether it's over before Christmas due to a buyout, so be it. Or whether it takes 2 years in CH 11 , so be it. No way people who held their investments and/or bought more will walk away with nothing and if anyone suggests anything to the contrary, then they are delusional and don't understand how the world works. There is a reason why nobody is talking about this case. They can't!
