Lab you must be confident of the SEC's protection or turning a blind eye to say the nonsense you do. Even if it is based on inside info most shareholders know little about it comes out as nonsense because it is nonsense. A patent is supposed to become a prototype and then a licensed OEM product. Not another patent to another prototype. That's sense. Your company is nonsense now. But protected by the SEC. Still doesn't change what you and the SEC are - Snakes!!!!
