owns Shanghai to a degree I can't ever remember before
in this industry.

Try Power 6 vs Itanium ;-). I don't see Itanium sales disappearing because Power 6's extra bandwidth and more effective SMT, just like Nehalem, causes greater throughput in many popular benchmarks.
