LB's hilarious... and I love the lyin king reference too.. LB does usually drink to excess (his dui's will attest to that) on friday afternoons, and today seems no exception. Pardon me while I have a toke anyway.. a document will be mailed to all the shareholders for whom i have addresses, and i want the recipients to sign them for forwarding to the sec. The bigger the envelope to the SEC, the more attention it will get. When you get the email, print it out, sign it, and forward by surface mail to WM, who will put the package together and get it to the right people. you should have this document by monday am at the latest
For the record, i do enjoy the occasional toke.. lol, i must admit. Prolly the only thing out of Balak's mouth that wasn't a lie

Lab, common sense tells everyone and the SEC, if it cared which it doesn't, that you are using the form of the company, its patent and battery R&D as a license to print money and not to license the battery. You have no stomach to act like a real businessman, CEO and company or to do the real hard work, organization, management leadership and professionalism required to bring a real product to OEMs, to licenses and to sales. That is real work and real hard determined work and professionalism. What you do is pimp a shell of a company you don't intend to go beyond that, in order to print shares to sell. Your real product is printing shares from hyping just enough of a maybe patent and product. But people are seeing through you and the scam is falling apart. Even the SEC might have to make an example of you now. You certainly don't act like a normal human being. Or you must have a very low opinion of normal human beings, everyone, the system and everything to act the way you do. Do you even like yourself, upbringing and the world you live in that made you the way you are? I doubt it.
