How can you possibly justify that comment? The money belongs to WMI not the bank and on top of it JPM only paid 1.9 bil. for the deal I HIGHLY DOUBT the judge could justify letting them keep 3.1 bil in cash and let them keep the 1.9 for free. this is reality there would be an outcry from all concerned if that was even remotely possible

Postponed for sure. Nothing will happen till well after thanksgiving. Then may be nothing going on intill Obama steps in. That's what everyone seems to be doing now. Wait for Obama.
