Hey..They spent under $250 ..normal client contract *IR/PR news feed to very focused & specific electronic distribution/re-print services (ie: Yahoo, Quote.com, StockHouse etc)....*under 300 words not inclusive of your account disclaimer... Granted its not Free, even legitimate Edgar filings via Business Wire (ie: standard 8k, S-8 etc) is average $150 for contract clients ....if CMKX should decide to "budget" those fees for future filings?
