Ellington & Teeroy.....

Ellington, yeah you and me both on reading financials. Going to look into that though....lol, (always say that).
Best at dechipering is E.P. Unum, hands down, hope he's still around....

Teeroy, well, saw that Yahoo is showing 121 million as float but could not find a reference to that either from first quarter 10Q or 2007 10K. Do believe though that if the company had bought shares back, that such a move would not only lower float but also drop outstanding shares. That did not happen, as outstanding did not change.

If officers buy, that lowers the float, and outstanding stays the same, but can't find anything showing that is the case....Going to look it to that though...lol.

See what i mean.

nite.

Hey Teeroy,

Regarding Virtra's shares, the new administration's plans will most likely include buying back shares. Ferris was always (and still is) a cash kinda guy and against any dilution or debt. The information I'm getting is after all the debt is paid-off, the preference is to buy back shares, NOT do a RS, to reduce market shares. I doubt the buyback has started yet.

OT: Haven't posted in a while. Due to the fluctuating cost of living and a Charter increase of $40/month I had to ditch my internet. I'm putting my taxes to work with my local library's free wifi. Now shipping costs(gas) has dropped to new lows and wonder if manufacturers will drop prices...yeah right. What a scam this gas pricing was, hope Biden starts prosecuting people soon.... But thats another board and topic.
