planned sales are not actual sales, if stock is off restriction they have to register each month the intent to sell. Unless you see actual sale transaction it means nothing.

Planned sale is exactly that a planned sale, but not a actual transaction that took place.

Look at other otcbb companies you'll see the same thing.
