Perhaps you are right....It will take a gigantic effort for any company to be able to be successful in this arena....From what I could gather....the government and the energy dept want a public/private enterprise....KY state with both Governators Republican and Democrat in the last few years have offered massive tax incentives and deals....
But which company comes out Ok...that is to be decided at some point in this race....
From all practical experiences in my life...the darkest hour is before dawn....
I see that the stock tried to rally today but there is a concerted effort to keep it under the radar...I am sure MLM will have a laugh...."some people will believe anything..!!!"
Well...the next 10 Q is not very far....it should shed some light...
