On the lower boards MMs are in no way required to fill your order, they dont even have to place it! Try making your order a limit order with a maximum price of .016, they may pay more attention to it. Also, since we are currently trading very thin, an order of an even number stands a better chance of getting filled - 5000, 10000, 25000, 50000, 100000. 30000, strangely enough, is not considered an even number to MMs. I have no idea why they would do a 150 share trade, but it happens.
