There is nothing new in that 10-Q.

Also, thanks for sharing your opinions, but I don't think it will help the stock price.

Why does everyone think it is so great TOVC has no debt? They have no debt because no one would lend to them...no revenue remember? Debt is a tax shield...it can be useful to carry some debt. The funding comes on the equity side which shrinks everyone's piece of the pie when they need to raise more cash. This is going to dry up soon I would suspect and then where does it leave us? Could be trouble...IMO.
