10q.. current status of projects...
the company has some good things going
on...this is a company filing...not a
message board with uninformed opinions.

Lockheed not mentioned by name,but
certainly by project...TOVC is engaged
with Lockheed i have no doubt.

Major auto maker...GM ?
NASA
USAF...

is TOVC a better buy or sell around $1.00 a
share?...its a better buy...
is TOVC better situated with major end users of its
products than in the past?...yes
does NASA bring credibilty and validation for the capability
of TOVC technology?...yes...
NO debt...the company has funded for years and will continue
