NOLs are worthless until a company makes a profit. As soon as a profitable entity is shown the NOL's prevent taxation until they are written down. it is a lot like taking a capital loss on a stock, and then paying no tax on your gains until you write-down your old loss.

Leave your big order on the bottom, and chase the top with a few small orders.

checkout the summary DD above, even without NOLs we could be looking at $1.82, $1.96 or $15.86 per share distribution imho
