Internet. Would it surprise you if Wave preferreds ended up with the whole thing, then it takes off? Are you a preferred holder?

Trust co.....a few things to ponder

1) How many outstanding common shares of Wave Systems are owned by its shareholders in relation to current preferred?

2) Is the true value of the preferred shares related to their conversion to common feature with interest until such time, or the two for one conversion to common feature on the last issuance?

3) Do you really think that a BK disolution of assets really benefit the preferred holders to any material degree?

I just think the preferred route has been used in order to attract investors. That is all I really make of it. Nothing more IMO.

I guess you either believe Wave will make it or you don't. The company is increasing their net billings each quarter. They are starting to put up some trends which look promising. TPMs are penetrating the landscape and expected to expand rapidly. There will be competition. There will be competing solutions. There will be an expansion of solutions for the next year or two followed by contraction of solutions when acquisitions take place.....which is where I think things will get interesting for Wave investors. But that is just my opinion.
