I think that it makes sense what MT is claiming: next to receiving certificates, they were also actively selling PDRs to whoever wanted them. Theresa told me those PDRs came from "someone in the fundation". So MT and the office also received money. They did not send in this money but used it for expenses. They just entered the new holder is the system, as the shares were already in the fundation. So now Pedro claims those shares are missing....

MT did indeed do some 'expenses'. They gave some money to desimplex and he probably indeed had costs for supporting the platform. If MT did not receive any money from the mother company, he had to use that money indeed.

I don't remember the details of the desimplex scam. I remember that they made huge promises to desimplex about investing in them, but nothing ever happened. Would be interesting to know who made those promises: Pedro or MT.

I also remember some other 'scams' ran by Pedro that were posted here.

Three options.

I see 2 options:
- or these 2 guys ( Pedro & MT ) are having the time of their lives making this crap up
- or MT has been had.
- or MT is a crook who lied to everyone, didn't pay his debts, destroyed PNMS.PK and the PDREx in the process, and most likely will get what he deserves. Pinstripes, and I'm not talking a Yankees uniform.
