Ha..the Yankees should win every single game or at least 80% of their games every year as they can acquire basically any player they want. The Twins have won like 4 of the last seven division titles and tied this year in the regular season..so you could say 5.

I'm just using the Twins as an example. I guess noone else thinks that the Yanks are the biggest underachievers in baseball history of the past decade or so since the Twins whole payroll is less than the two top paid Yankees (ok, maybe it's the top three). LOL.
