1. Yeah, they could done a better job with that - AGREE
2. I don't think this AS required a shareholder meeting because of the majority owners involved.
3. I've not checked the last 10Q to see what their salaries are. THe problem is they started the company with the CD....the options were limited; so an outside expert may not have been able to do anything.
