I would let all the shareholders know the existing status, and present the existing issues and options.
I wouldn't never have a shareholders meeting if my plan was to be secretive with the shareholders.
I would take a serious cut in pay, and hire some experts in the aspect of financing and accounting.
I would set up a forum or an IR department for any questions that can be answered.
I would look to the feds for a bail-out!!
